Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective relationships with owners – promote openness, trust, and confidence in one’s intentions
  • Following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling services accordingly.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out service demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for daily operations, leadership, staff and supervising management of assigned properties
  • Supporting staff with specific coaching, development and guidance in order that the annual property objectives are met
  • Establishing rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs
  • Communicating & negotiate professionally and effectively with tanents, subordinates supervisors, vendors and contractors
  • Maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping
  • Maintaining building system by contracting for maintenance building that are under the responsibilities of Property Management Center
  • Maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs
  • Securing property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security device; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annually reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to CEO, GM and Director of Property Management
  • Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with persons from divers social, economic and ethnic backgrounds
  • Satisfying building owner need & build a good relationship with tenants
  • Managing team operation to ensure the operation process are followed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
  • Understand and follow company rules and regulation
  • Generate monthly report to HQ and building owner.

Job Requirements:

  • Final Year/ Bachelor’s in Business administration, Business Management engineering, Real estate or related field
  • At least one year experience in supervising employee preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Exhibits good written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving problem
